Today started with a long wait on the phone trying to get a face to face doctors appointment for my Dad.He had had a bad night.

Sorting out my CC contract first involved ringing Holland then Denmark and finally Holland again.Contract finally arrived late Friday afternoon and I will sort it out Monday.

Helen has been sorting out powers of attorney online.We did our own through a solicitor who managed to balls it up three times.We can can cock it up ourselves for nothing.In fact the process is very straight forward.

One of the limit switches has gone.Before cutting out on the override it has managed to pull the vents out of alignment.This is a job for an engineer and an electrician both booked for Monday morning.Pic in extras.

The main pic is one of those little five minute jobs that turned out to be very fiddly.I wanted to add some extra connections to the bike battery which meant the bolt wouldn't reach the nut by about 1/8 inch.Couldn't reach the nut to move it into position.Battery off and propped nut into position on match sticks.

I am ashamed I voted to remain in europe.The behaviour of Brussels the last few days has been a disgrace.They have shown their true colours.The decision to let member states decide on vaccine exports is cowardice on behalf of the executive.
