I didn't need the torch app on my phone for this blip, a huge one appeared in the sky. Me and the dog went on an almighty wander. The gloves were off, in a good way, and I could smell the grass. If you've had days of greyness I hope that, like us, you saw some sun today.

Sparkling (not fizzy) water was the order of the day down by the river Goyt.

It's just about two and a half years since we moved to this town. Today I spent time with people I've met who I can laugh with, cry with, and call trusted friends. I'm reflecting on this and feel so grateful.
