A big day....

Today I has the upper drains in my eyes cauterised in the eye clinic at Cheltenham General. I am so grateful that they continue to do procedures there and I was in and out very quickly on this occasion.

I'm tired and a bit bruised but just really pleased to have had it done. This means that any tears I make (and with my Sjogrens, I don't make many) will now not drain out of my eyes. Having wetter eyes should stop me damaging my corneas and should mean less discomfort. 
I will give you a progress report when my eyes have recovered from the battering and bruising. To distract myself I created this little still life.
