Spinning a Yarn

After a few jobs this morning and early lunch, my sister picked me up and we went to Mum's to make her lunch and finish off the cleaning started yesterday.

She had had her Covid vaccination on Thursday and has suffered no ill effects and today the District Nurse called to check her over.   All seems to be OK.

She was in good form and enjoyed her lunch and was trying to remember somebody's name.   Well of course we had to go all around the houses to try and figure out who it was.   Eventually we got there.   I think that happens to most of us from time to time.

Anyway, once home I had an hour in the garden, more clipping back of the shrubs.  Not possibly the right time to do it but they do need some attention.

A delivery of yarn this morning for my next project - baby blanket to be ready for May.   The colour in the middle is supposed to be Silver and that will be the main colour.    Looking forward to getting started.
