BUA D24 Beach

I went to visit my folks today, Pops was getting his first jab and I had some things for them. I didn't stay long but it was good to say hello.

I took a detour on the way back for a walk along the beach. I could have stayed for hours, the noise of the sea is so relaxing. Just before the headland in the extra is where my parents first moved to when they left London. It was a bit too remote for them in the end, especially when the only shop in the village closed (the rumour being that the husband killed the wife and did a runner) so they moved a bit further inland about 15 years ago. I love it but probably wouldn't want to live there.

Home to quesadillas and an early night I hope, I'm shattered.
