10kg of bargain old-style vegetarian sausage mix. Normally I buy it in smaller amounts from a refill shop in Leeds.

Fortunately it’s got an 11month recommended shelf life, and my friend will be taking a few kilos off my hands.

Tonight’s dinner was parsley, rosemary and thyme Sosmix and chips. We had no sage.
