Last Chinese Cooking Class

Well, it was the final of the cooking class a couple of us have been attending. It was good, but I'm not sure our dough for the bun turned out the way it should. We made 'steamed cabbage and pork buns'.

The top picture is the entire class, with our instructor Gordon in the centre. My best friend Evelyn second from the left and my dear friend Bonnie is standing right behind Gordon on his left. I spend a fair amount of time with these ladies and they are very special to me. Rosanna, the lady in red, is an amazing photographer and is always armed with her camera. The bottom picture is with my friend Amy.

I hope I'll get to make some of those dumplings and buns over time. I enjoyed the course.

Quiet day otherwise. Ben is in the school choir tonight and tomorrow for their annual 'stars in their eyes' performance. I'm missing it cause the rascal didn't get me a ticket :(
