Gorse and sea mist
Thank you to everyone who sent messages of congratulations on the special blip yesterday. What an incredible community of kind folk. So wonderful in this world which is filled with uncertainty at the moment.
Today the sea mist was still with us but I thought the gorse was quite striking as a contrast. The extra is the pea stack rocks which were appearing and disappearing as we walked around the block. They looked very eerie.
We have now got 107 cases of the virus, 4 or 5 pop up in the community each day and lots are found through contact tracing. Apparently about 2000 are now isolating as a result of being in the wrong place. A large percentage have been found in education settings and so schools are firmly closed to everyone.
If this came from one person it’s amazing how fast it can spread in a very short time.
Our lockdown is strictly followed by everyone and the streets are empty. Fingers crossed.
