Winter sunshine

When AJ and I went over to H's this morning, the goats were enjoying the sunshine but, wisely, in the shelter of their shed!

We had a busy time, clearing ditches, scraping up gravel and mud and filling in holes in the track! AJ is an excellent tractor driver, so she was a great help. I'm happy to let her drive while I wield the shovel! Strenuous work, but it really warmed me up!

H is now in a care home and there are five of us looking after the animals and keeping things going. Seems to be working so far!
