Birchcliffe Fog

A dismal day today - a wet morning and then fog.  I suppose it is a typical January day.
This is Birchcliffe Chapel (now Birchcliffe Centre, and home to the Pennine Horizons Digital Archive) on the hillside above Hebden Bridge.
Only the Victorians would decorate a building in this manner....:-)
