The FMJ cut off the frayed edges of two curtains that had been damaged by the sun, of which there was no sign today. She persists and succeeds cheerfully in these endeavours despite the bubbles in her eye (a side-effect of one of her retinal detachment operations) which confuses her vision when she looks down to cut, machine and iron.

The extra shows the google-eyed effect that may result from hours staring at screens, very little of which generates cheerfulness.
