A weighty matter

I thought it was time to re-engage with strength training to complement my walking and yoga and so dug these out and put together a small routine. 

In today's other news I prepared the monthly quiz which I do for the local radio's station magazine (suitably themed around Valentine's) and  completed my home work for tonight's writing class.  We are asked to picked a location using what three words and start each line with one of the words. I quite enjoy working within a constraint as it encourages you try different things. 

This one points to one of my favourite places.
