Feck!

When a property has been empty for two years you have to pay a 2 year empty property premium. This is on top of the council tax paid.

A bit of a surprise and the letter brightened my day beyond belief.

Made a few appointments with some local Estate Agents to get the ball rolling.

I didn’t say feck btw when I opened the letter.

A positive from today - the plumber turned up and installed the new shower.
