Avocet

Weather turned out better than forecast today so I managed to get out for another wander to the local creek! And I'm glad I did as it was a good day for Avocet spotting! Not been able to snap them before so glad they stood for a few poses! Also spotted oystercatchers and some redwings too - it was worth the blisters I got on both big toes!! Ouchie!!

Planned a quiet afternoon too but bunny decided he wanted a wander round the garden in the sunshine, so while he munched on plants I was moving pots and digging up some weeds!

Now to find some cures for blisters......
