Board Meeting

Today was the first board meeting of a new Spanish company which I have co-founded with three other people with whom I have collaborated over the last ten years. I'm sort of tickled to have done this at sixty years old and also excited about what benefits we can bring...we are calling ourselves an organisational development boutique and aim to be premium end, working with senior leaders of significant companies.  That's the ambition but we agreed today that pleasure in working with each other and creating a spirit that perhaps is unique is more important than revenues and that maybe this approach will beneficially inbue our future clients.  My existing work will continue in parallel as we see what happens with the new venture.
