Virtually there

Just received my medal for completing the Mount Fuji Conqueror virtual challenge. It was 46 miles and I received fascinating postcards along the route. It was a Christmas present from Jane.
I have always loved Fuji and hope that one day I can do the real thing. We did actually reach the foothills on a visit to Japan almost 20 years ago.
I’m now doing a new challenge - Land’s End to John O Groats but that’s going to take ages ... and won’t be something I’ll be doing for real, sadly.
