Clouds

Bob says my grandfather told him if we get 3 days of easterly winds at this time of year we should get rain. Especially with cirrus clouds. So we had a nice chat about him today while looking at the clouds. 

We have had Maddy and Leo again today as school doesn’t resume until tomorrow for the new year. They have had a 6 week summer holiday. Their Father is a teacher so he gets the holidays too but he needed to go back before the children to do mandatory education and get organised for tomorrow. The extra shows the four bikes locked up while we go for a walk with their other grandfather and Porridge ( see in the distance).

The rest of the day Maddy and I made a pair of shorts for her, she learnt a few new things and did most of the work under supervision. The children both did some music and read and played on the Switch ( which is one of those game thingos). It is now trying to rain.
