The Turkish Chef
This is Bilal. Every day of the week, Bilal and his team make breakfast and dinner for 50 or so residential students. Monday through Friday, the do lunch for 1,200 as well. There is always a full salad bar, a soup and bread, three choices of main course, and a dessert. I don't know how they do it, and I forgive the fact that he's sometimes grouchy.
