Best thing to do! Shepherds pies
It’s been raining today, so this morning I prepped the veg, carrots and parsnips cubed. Then over lunch time I started to cook it slowly in a lovely gravy, later added peas, to the shepherds pies. I made 3 meals, froze two 2 portion meals with mash potatoes on top. Later I took our tea one out of the fridge and finished off in the oven, I decided to add a tiny apple and blackberry sponge pudding that I’d made a few weeks back and frozen. Didn’t take a photo of that, we gobbled it too quick and served it with Greek yogurt. Oh my word it was lovely
