2019-04-10 (Day 100) More Linlithgow Loch

It was another beautiful day for a lunchtime run (even though I had to scrape the car in the morning!). People were out enjoying the park, walking their dogs, fishing, whatever... it was lovely.

Why I spolied it by running intervals I shall never know...
