African Paradise flycatcher....

at last, I got a picture of the male with the long tail!  I was walking down the road to meet a friend who was coming for coffee when this lovely bird landed on a tree....not the sharpest picture, but am so glad I got him!  They are so fast and rarely sit still for long!!

Lovely to sit and chat with my friend this afternoon!  Discussing the pro's and con's of working from home in this current climate!!
