The Jerk

I'm not really sure what this plate stands for. The only thing that comes to mind is "jerk, " as he parked in a clearly marked disabled parking spot, and did not have the required disability placard hanging in the window. He probably thought it was ok, because he needed to keep the paint from getting nicked on his brand new Lexus.
