Kiwi Summer....Early Morning Start

As I started out on my early morning walk I saw a Bidfood truck about to drive onto the Seashuttle barge “Astrolabe”. The Bidfood company is a food service distributor. The barge would have been taking the truck up the Abel Tasman coast to the Awaroa Lodge . There is no road access to the lodge which provides luxury accommodation and a restaurant in stunning surroundings. Margaret left camp today to drive to Blenheim and friend Rachel departed for her home in Marlborough. Hannah and Alex arrived this evening to take down our Gazebo and help pack up my vehicle.
