Zebedee has been painting motivational quotes on the gym walls today and Max and Zebedee also painted this skull in there.

My lovely brother gave us a very generous voucher for some organic meat from wildmeat.co.uk for Christmas and it arrived beautifully packaged today, we had incredible organic fillet steaks for dinner, Gulliver doesn’t like steak so he had an organic pork chop which he said was lovely.

I made an apple pie, well the pastry was ready-made, everybody really liked it.

Lots of music today, lots of learning, very inspiring.
