Keeping an eye out for Basil

This shot would never have  made it past the judge of our club's competition this evening, which is ongoing. It's not sharp enough and the background is cluttered.

Other than that, it's not been an amazing day. Len felt 'woosey' (his description), so I told him to lie down. But he did take Basil out for a walk and forbade me to go out myself because the pavements were so treacherous.
