Day 323

A rather chilly day but dry this morning . Walked to a clients house to drop off some Emery boards as I am not allowed to work.
Late afternoon we went fir a walk along the Thames . The river was running fast snd is high. The other bank was flooded but the water is not quite over the wall but the steps were covered as were some of the lawns. It started mizzling whilst we were out.
Brother in law phoned to say thank you for the Christmas card which he recieved today . It was posted 30th November . His local sorting office was shut as a member of staff had Covid in December .
