The third morning in a row of getting up earlier in the hope of a lovely sunrise - and today we were rewarded! Now pondering the juxtaposition of nature, which wears the colours of spirit, and the power station - Drax? - leeching smoke into the sky like castles in the air
When my boys were small we walked often to the top of this local landmark - Almscliffe Crag. I’ve included as an extra another photo of the mornings colour
