Example of an idiot

I walked into town today for a blood test. Whilst the main route through our town is quite narrow in places, they put yellow lines on the road so people can’t park there. This idiot (not my first choice of word) decided to totally block the pavement. Any pedestrians have to walk in the road!
How stupid is that!!
