2018-09-09 (Day 252) Ochil Run

I went for a run today, in conditions that started off cold and ended up way too warm.

Anyway, as part of the run I followed a footpath from Alva to Tillicoultry. The path rapidly went from paved single-track road to sheep track. It was beautiful to run on, but I was quite glad I had long trousers on as I ploughed through nettles and overhanging grass!
