Tile on the wall

I rather like the sentiment on this tile next to the cactus in the porch of one of the houses in the old village. It is in Catalan which is still spoken around here by older people in the community and it reads, "Holy Virgin of the rose garden, make sure that in this house there is neither too little nor too much just to live well." I think if we all lived by that principle, the world would be a better place. This morning, I did the market and supermarket shopping in reverse order so be at the library at 10 am to join. However, there was a notice on the door saying that it has to close this week for health reasons. I can only imagine it is Covid related.
