Progress

All this stuff came off my arm today.   Elbow infection much better, wrist is ready for serious pt, shoulder can now use the beginning exercise again.   Sort of boring I know so I played with it. Some of this will go back on for some times ( the glove to keep the swelling down the elbow brace at night). All good.
My regular hand therapist had the day off as she was getting her 2nd vaccine and knew she’d have a reaction.  So my appointment was with the other hand therapist... he had to go home as he was sick for same reason.   Rescheduled that PT for Thursday.  Not looking forward to a bit of the covid..
