Mulberry harbour

I could probably have walked out and touch the harbour if I’d had my wellies, the tide was so far out! 

The good news today is that despite a stressful weekend, and teenage girl rants about what THEY need in a new house, James has found one he likes, at a price he can afford, in the local area and with bedrooms big enough to tick the girl’s ‘must have’ boxes. Offer accepted, and best of all, the vendors want to move ASAP, and there is no chain. He may even scrape through the stamp duty deadline if everyone pulls together!
