Time Out

I was desperate to get out the house this morning but had to be sensible and wait for it to warm a bit and then hopefully avoid the ice. My foot is slowly improving but is still quite swollen so getting my boots on was challenging but they're a must for supporting my ankle. I had a very enjoyable, slow walk up to Northcliffe with a friend and her dog this morning, rested for a good while, then managed to persuade the kids out to make the most of the sunshine. Tea then an evening with my feet up knitting.
