A photo of nothing, but I liked the lines

A good walk today over fields where the mud had frozen solid. A plus side of cold weather.
For some reason today I wanted to do something "normal", not the new normal but the old fashioned one. I went supermarket shopping. Bought some daffodils and some stem ginger biscuits and picked up my free newspaper. 
A problem at the start of my visit as the security guard told me that face shields were no longer acceptable, I had to have a mask. He provided me with one without me even asking, his job must be a bit rough at times but he was extremely polite and pleasant to me. I thanked him and smiled but he probably did not realise I was smiling as I was wearing a mask.
