Made my first sourdough loaf today and it didn’t turn out like a brick! It’s edible!
It seems quite a complicated thing - what with starters and naming and feeding them ! It’s so much easier to just use my bread maker. However, I will persevere and see what Ariadne ( my starter) can produce next time!
