2018-01-21 (Day 021) Long Slow Run Day

I did a long run in training today so I am exercising my Social Media rights to brag about it.

This photo is taken at Stirling University, after the run. Look closely, though. That field behind me? It's not a field. It's a freshwater loch.

If you look really closely, there is a pattern of little grey bits about 1/3 of the way down and about 1/3 of the way in from the left. Those grey bits are birds, walking on the surface of the loch.

It was a chilly day for the run. So do excuse me if my attempt to pose as if "I'm running" didn't come over too well - it was after the run!
