Linlithgow Loch is mostly frozen over just now.

Someone has managed to clear a part of it, the area where birds tend to gather and where people throw food for them.

It does seem as if there is a ... err ... "pecking order" here. Swans and ducks are allowed into the water. Seagulls? Maybe this club isn't for you...
