My morning walk wasn't too much fun! It was really slippery and a biting wind was blowing.

My coffee machine came. It was such a busy day though and I didn't get a chance to get it dialled in or even read the manual. I had a quick leg loosener on the bike after work but I still have loads of jobs to do including making dinner for the boss!
