Where's the rainbow?

When I was a child we used to sing this verse:

Cuando llueve y hace sol, sale el arco del Señor


which means more or less: When it rains and it is sunny, the rainbow  - the Lord's bow- comes out.


That's why I always look at the sky when it rains and it is sunny
