Francis Marriott Memorial Fountain

Water fountain erected in 1872 in Bowdon as a memorial to Francis Marriott, a Manchester solicitor, by his wife. It was listed as a Grade II monument by Historic England in 1985 (see https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101067927-water-fountain-at-junction-with-stamford-road-bowdon-ward).
