2017-06-20 (Day 171) Wallace Monument

This evening I did a TRX class at Heat Fitness in Stirling. Wow, that was hard work - who would have thought that simply shifting your body around would involve so much effort?

Anyway, I was a little early getting to class so I went to the Cambuskenneth Road to take this photograph of the Wallace Monument towering over the valley.
