2017-05-15 (Day 135) Muiravonside Graveyard

This is the graveyard of Muiravonside Kirk. The original parish was founded in 1648, and various church buildings have stood on the site over the years.

The gravestones here hark back over these centuries; the oldest one I could make out being 1771. The decorations on the stones are interesting, with detailing that I will show some other time in this photo of the day.
