There is a filling station just round the corner from my house. It closed about six months ago, and has been unused since.

But this sign has appeared in the past couple of days. The filling station is still closed, but there is work going on behind the fence that surrounds the business.

It will be interesting to see whether it can be made into a profitable business. I rather fear that having a Costa quite so close will be a bad thing for my wallet...
