Pea Soup

I forgot to put the frozen peas back in the freezer earlier the week, which left soup as the best option.

Our fridge died during the week, so we had to use up the gluten free puff pastry to make sure they aren't lost. Therefore Mrs Ball's chutney, pear & apple butter from M, cheese and roasted sweet pepper filled puff pastry  was made to go with the soup. It wa a good idea and is going on the to do again list.
