Deep Filled

Apple pie(s), with a hint of cinnamon, pink grapefruit and grapes. Been a while since the last one, but felt the weather demanded it today.
Got the turbo trainer out this morning as it was too icy for a run (or a bike ride). Managed to put in an hours worth of peddling. Out of practice I am.
