Pseudo Volcanic Clouds

Looked out the window and I thought these clouds looked like a volcano plume! We do have lots of dormant volcanoes in NZ, but this mountain on Stephens Arm isn’t one (to the best of my knowledge!)

We are having a very unsettled summer - I bet it turns consistently hot next week when the children return to school.

NZ has its first active Covid case since October- the person most likely caught it while in isolation for 2 weeks. Fortunately, she used her Covid tracking app with blue tooth on, so contacting her contacts is made easier. I hope NZers who were getting complacent have had a wake up call!
