Dinner and a show

Bar Roma is a great restaurant. Excellent food with a show thrown in for free. Today we were entertained by the cross-eyed bottle lid spinner. He used only a straw to keep that small lid spinning around - it was very impressive!

Of course this shot luckily captured one of the occasions the lid was still spinning on the straw rather than the dozens of others when it had to be rescued from the furthest points of the restaurant.

This was taken mid-afternoon when we'd got back to Edinburgh after a train journey up to Dundee to The Olympia Centre for lots of flume fun, wave machine madness, and whirlpool wackiness.

Everyone is home now and pleasantly knackered. Looking forward to collapsing in front of some Big Cup action on the telly.
