Sun

Good news! The sun is almost over the flats behind us and has started to sneak a few weak rays into the kitchen! That’s the first sign that Spring is on its way, all the more welcome because it’s so freezing cold.
More good news! After a long delay since the male died, one of our female swordtails in the tank is noticeably changing gender and in fact is already hassling the other females. So we may end up with some Spring babies.
Our Booster fortnight is over. I think it was quite successful and we’re both a couple of kilos lighter at least, even though that’s not really the point, and hopefully have ever so slightly better tuned systems. But it was back to carbs today - porridge, tortillas, pasta, beer. Joy!
Took a wander down to Stockbridge this afternoon (extra) just to grab some fresh air and was surprised how many people were out and about .. but then found that the Sunday Market was on. Hadn’t realised.
