2016-04-23 (Day 114) Campaigning

Marie and I went for a walk to Polmont today, and while there we saw these guys out campaigning for the upcoming Scottish parliamentary elections

Most people believe that their party - the SNP - is going to do remarkably well in the election. They put up a fierce campaign in the recent independence referendum, and they got people really enthused about politics. When the referendum turned out to be a defeat for them, the SNP managed to avoid that becoming a disaster for the party, but is going from strength to strength.

Regardless of whether we all support, well done to these guys for braving the cold and getting out to put their point across!
