Needle Ice

It was minus 3 this morning not really cold enough to freeze ice bubbles but as we didn't get one morning as cold as that last winter I thought I would have a go. I did manage to get a few but you don't get the best effect unless they freeze quickly.
After breakfast I went for my walk luckily I took my small macro lens as I found this needle ice on a wall. I have only seen it once before so interesting. By the time I came back it was just about gone. 
We did go for a short walk this afternoon but it was sleeting and cold. It is snowing now.
